Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant

This is a strategic leadership role that focuses on driving customer engagement and business success by leveraging the power of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

As a Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients maximize their marketing potential by developing and implementing scalable and effective Marketing Cloud solutions.

Your deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies will make you a trusted advisor to stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business analysis and process review
  • Use case identification and test script development
  • Contributing to solution design in collaboration with Solution and Technical Architects
  • Mapping requirements to capabilities
  • Leading end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
  • Proficiency in Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of applications, relational databases, and web technologies
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
