About the Role:

As a Utility Engineer, you will be responsible for inspecting and analyzing overhead electrical infrastructure to ensure accuracy and reliability of utility asset datasets. You will assist in cataloging utility assets, identifying potential faults and hazards, and contributing to the overall improvement of utility services and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and catalog overhead utility assets to ensure consistent data collection.
  • Learn to identify and document electrical utility equipment, faults, and potential hazards.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining utility asset datasets to support operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support safe and efficient project execution.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a lineman in the electric utility field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with good written and oral communication abilities.
