Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to provide technical expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems. This role will be responsible for managing IT work, including network administration, firewall security, and user VPN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Collaborate with global teams to facilitate connectivity, access, and permissions to various applications.

  • Work with the IT director on IT projects, including design, reporting, and implementation via JIRA and email.

  • Partner with DevOps/support teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT staff roles.

  • Experience in third-party vendor management and coordination.

  • Fluent English communication skills.

  • Demonstrated experience working with US or EU customers.

  • Proficiency in main Linux OS flavors (Red Hat/CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows administration.

  • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Perl.

  • Networking knowledge, including FortiGate firewall setup and static routing.

  • Familiarity with IT automation tools like Ansible.

  • Solutions-oriented and team player with strong problem-solving skills.
