IT Infrastructure Professional

The IT infrastructure professional is a key role responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing an organisation's IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Windows Server Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
  • Microsoft 365 Services: Oversee and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Identity and Access Management: Configure and manage Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management.
  • Endpoint Management and Security: Deploy and optimise Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Support and maintain cloud infrastructure within Azure, including virtual machines, networking, and security configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of IT infrastructure engineering experience, focusing on Microsoft technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent are advantageous.
