Senior M365 Support Engineer Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Senior M365 Support Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their Microsoft 365 environments.

This is a challenging opportunity for individuals who have a proven track record in infrastructure and application support, particularly in areas such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Administration, Exchange Server Administration, and Microsoft Teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch support to clients, meeting strict service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor queues for incoming alerts and incidents, working collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues efficiently
  • Take ownership of cases escalated to Microsoft, managing communications between customers and vendors, setting up troubleshooting calls, and accurately logging time into the system
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and lessons learned activities to drive continuous improvement
  • Deliver proactive patching services, including risk assessment, scheduling, and customer change management procedures
  • Collaborate with Technical Escalation and Service Delivery teams to analyze root causes, escalate issues, and provide reports
  • Mange escalations to vendors and participate in regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess several years of experience in IT industry with respect to infrastructure and application support background, including knowledge of:

  • Active Directory
  • Azure Active Directory Premium (MFA, Conditional Access, Licensing)
  • Windows Server Admin(2012 or later)
  • Exchange server admin(2016 or later)
  • M365–Exchange online, ODfB
  • Teams
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager(Microsoft Intune/EM&S)
  • Azure IaaS(RI,HUB
