Infrastructure Professional

This role is responsible for delivering critical support to the management team and customers, ensuring seamless operation and maximum efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to system users within business areas
  • Efficiently resolve complex problems and maximize system availability
  • Review frequently faced system issues and implement improvements to reduce downtime
  • Identify potential risk points and develop strategies to minimize them
  • Contribute to automation initiatives through technology improvement and process optimization
  • Adhere to established procedures and follow industry best practices
  • Ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) for issue resolution
  • Work on-call 24/7
  • Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals
  • Develop and implement strategic infrastructure plans aligned with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions
  • Manage infrastructure resources, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Conduct regular infrastructure audits and risk assessments to ensure optimal performance

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics and Communications Engineering
  • Strong technical expertise in related business areas
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to make decisions independently and adapt to change
  • Willingness to work different shifts or locations and demonstrate leadership skills
