Job Description:
As a Senior Director of Operations at Tenet Global Business Center, Inc., you will be responsible for managing the Regional Centers for Patient Services. This includes overseeing the Scheduling, Admissions Review, Clinical Review, and Financial Clearance operations globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including meeting clients' service level agreements, site-specific quality, and production metrics.
  • Facilitate communication between PSC operations and Client Services/Facility.
  • Ensure delivery aligned with service level agreements by managing processes and quality.
  • Partner in process improvement and innovation with enterprise teams.
  • Coordinate policies and procedures with key stakeholders to ensure consistent training and technology utilization.
  • Manage multiple lines of business across clients and locations.
  • Support new business growth and assist the Client Delivery team in pursuing revenue generation opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Establish measurable goals and strategic direction, ensuring achievement of those goals.
  • Create processes to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of quality products.
  • Coach and develop direct reports and sub-leadership levels; conduct succession planning.
  • Drive efficiency by executing key systems and processes effectively.
  • Build strategic alliances and partnerships to execute business strategies.
  • Possess excellent communication skills – oral and written – to provide appropriate levels of production support.
  • Take initiative in presenting and contributing to issue resolution.
  • Conduct presentations and/or training sessions.
  • Understand business development and client account management.

Education/Experience:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Management experience with multilevel positions.
  • Prior Patient Access experience strongly preferred – to include Admitting, Scheduling, Financial Clearance, Clinical, and Financial.
  • Experience owning and managing budgets.
  • Operational background (Dialer, workforce management, productivity-driven environment).
