Benefits Advisor Role Overview

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex projects involving benefits consulting, including project management, client communication, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver consulting projects with high quality, within budget, and on time.
  • Analyze funding options and formulate recommendations based on data.
  • Collect, understand, and analyze utilization data to provide insights for clients.
  • Design plans and provide benefit recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Present results of benefits consulting projects to clients.
  • Develop expertise in benefits consulting and lead in implementing new tools and strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership and updates on legislation related to group life insurance, medical, and dental benefits.
  • Support the Performance Excellence model and contribute to its implementation.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong focus on customer service and technical proficiency in multiple practice disciplines.
  • Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language.
