About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify recruitment needs and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer for 3-4 years.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
