Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to manage the entire month-end close process, record bank transactions, and prepare general ledger entries. This is a key role within our organization where you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire month-end close process for multiple companies
  • Record and reconcile bank transactions
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and records
  • Assist with monthly general ledger reconciliations
  • Contribute to the development of new accounting systems, programs, controls, and procedures
  • Research and document technical accounting issues in memorandums
  • Assist with intercompany consolidations of financial information between parent and subsidiaries
  • Prepare annual audit materials and interact with auditors
  • Manage corporate credit card programs
  • Be flexible and willing to assist with any accounting function as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
  • Master's degree in accounting or CPA preferred
  • 6+ years' experience in accounting required
  • Experience working with US companies
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • QuickBooks Online and Xero experience
