Job Title: Virtual Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Virtual Receptionist to join our team. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from home services clients.
  • Represent clients professionally, using their standard greeting and maintaining a positive tone.
  • Book appointments on clients' CRM/scheduling platforms, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Take detailed call summary notes, including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details.
  • Transmit call notes to clients after each call with accuracy and no typos.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or similar industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and internet-based tools.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer equipment, and backup power source.
