Bookkeeping Professional Opportunity

Are you a skilled bookkeeper looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Bookkeeper. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with Canadian clients and contribute to the growth of our company.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, QuickBooks Online, and North American bookkeeping practices. If you're passionate about bookkeeping and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

  • Handle bookkeeping for Canadian clients using QuickBooks Online.
  • Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian bookkeeping and tax requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Canadian head office team on client support.
  • Suggest improvements using automation & AI tools to streamline processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3–5 years bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
  • Experience supporting North American clients (Canada/US) in a BPO setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of North American BPO bookkeeping experience is required.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable — eager to learn about AI & automation.
