HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and payroll, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll administration of employees and team members.
  • Contribution to the development, implementation, and maintenance of up-to-date internal descriptions of payroll administration processes.
  • Management of local HR-related audits.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate personnel and payroll administration of employees in APAC region.
  • Accountability for HRIS updates, reviewing, proposing changes, and maintaining online HR portals as applicable.
  • Execution of HR processes including but not limited to onboarding, transfer, and leavers. Contribution to the optimization of HR processes, signaling bottlenecks, initiating improvements, and preparing and updating work/process description.
  • Implementation, review, and administration of policies, processes, and tools related to insurances, pension, staff handbooks terms, and conditions, annual compensation reviews, and bonus processes.
  • Maintenance of an up-to-date and coherent Job and Reward framework based on internal equity and external competitiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources and payroll.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong experience in benchmarking.
  • Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson and Mercer is a plus.
  • Understanding of and familiarity with social security legislation and labor legislation in APAC is highly advantageous.
