Commercial Leasing Associate

This is a full-time position in Sales and Management that requires strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, minimum of 5 years of related experience and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

The Commercial Leasing Associate will work closely with property managers, asset managers and tenants to optimize occupancy and revenue. This role will also involve supporting Asset Management Executives in preparing and reviewing lease agreements, amendments and other related legal documents.

Market Research & Strategy
  • Identify market trends, rental rates and competitor activity to inform and enhance leasing strategies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract tenants.
Lease Administration & Documentation
  • Support the preparation and review of Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, amendments and other related legal documents.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure lease compliance and mitigate risks.
Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless leasing operations.
  • Assist in planning and executing property marketing initiatives and tenant retention strategies.
Administrative Support for Executive Leadership
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence for leadership review.
