We are currently seeking an exceptional Leasing Coordinator to join our team. As a Leasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating property showings, handling inquiries from prospective tenants, and ensuring a seamless leasing process.


Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm property showings with leasing agents and prospective renters in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of property availability and leasing appointments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with property managers and leasing agents to coordinate showings and provide updates on lead status.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or property management is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software applications to manage leasing operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
