Administrative Specialist - Credentialing

Finni Health empowers autism care providers to start, run, and grow their own practices. We democratize access to our insurance network, EHR software, HR solutions, and clinical support.

About the Role:

  • This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support in all aspects of credentialing and re-credentialing for Finni Health providers. This includes managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining the credentialing database with accuracy.

  • The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations as well as accreditation standards. They will serve as a key point of contact for providers and external entities for credentialing-related inquiries and processes.

  • This individual will assist with the provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating the credentialing components of new provider onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.

  • The role also involves supporting the generation of credentialing reports, proactively identifying and resolving credentialing issues, and contributing to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.

About You:

You are a detail-oriented and organized individual who is eager to contribute to a growing healthcare startup. You have 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, preferably within a healthcare setting or regulated environment.

  • You should be proactive, collaborative, and independent in your work approach.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and comfort in learning new EHR/credentialing management tools.

  • Prioritizing alignment with the mission to democratize autism care and empower providers through efficient administrative and credentialing processes.
