Job Summary

As a Credentialing Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process. This includes managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive credentialing support to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure adherence to relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards
  • Assist with provider privileging processes and facilitate new provider onboarding
  • Support the generation of credentialing reports and identify potential issues
  • Contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting or regulated environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage tasks independently
  • A keen eye for detail and methodical approach to managing documentation and data
  • Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and CRM/support software
