Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Provide end-to-end support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process, including managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards, serving as a key point of contact for providers and external entities (licensing boards, payers, etc.) for credentialing-related inquiries and processes.
  • Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitate the credentialing components of new provider onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Reporting and Process Contribution: Support the generation of credentialing reports, proactively identify and help resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.
  • Adaptable Responsibilities: As Finni Health grows and evolves, the responsibilities of this role may adapt and change to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
