ClinicMind is seeking a full-time Credentialing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credentialing process for our clients. This includes:

  • Collecting required documentation from providers, including accreditation and facility privileges.
  • Assisting providers with payer forms and ensuring compliance.
  • Responding to inquiries regarding credentialing progress.
  • Alerting clients to new regulations, expiring certificates, and deficiencies in credentialing requirements.

The Credentialing Specialist will also maintain accurate client information using an online database.

Requirements
  1. At least 2 years' experience in US-based credentialing processes.
  2. Familiarity with the US medical insurance industry.
  3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-motivation skills.
  4. Credentialing certification is required.
