About this Role

As a key member of our Officetech Support Team, you'll be the go-to expert on Client's Officetech application. You'll provide essential support to our customer, including: managing customer requests, solving customer issues, application guidance and customer upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

? Investigate and troubleshoot customer support tickets related to Client's Officetech functionality.

? Manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely responses and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

? Provide detailed information to development, integration, and reporting teams for technical issues or tasks.

? Respond directly to customers with solutions, including creating knowledge base articles as needed.

? Assist with quality assurance and testing activities.

? Support implementation and consulting teams as required.

? Manage and execute customer upgrades.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

? At least 3 years of experience

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

? Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a technical environment.

? Proficient in Microsoft SQL querying and scripting.

? Basic understanding of networking concepts like file shares.

? Strong understanding of Windows operating systems.

? Knowledge of Robocopy for effective file and data migrations
