Job Opportunity: HR Support Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support and coordinate people operations in our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff members regarding schedule inquiries, time-off requests, and payroll matters.
  • Coordinate shift coverage during absences, vacation periods, or call-offs.
  • Manage staff schedules, track attendance, and log PTO information.
  • Prepare and submit accurate payroll data through our platform.
  • Assist staff with ordering office and medical supplies.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive HR issues to management.

Business Operations Support

  • Track client renewal dates and prepare employer reports.

Conduct outreach efforts for payment follow-ups, missing registration items, or incomplete forms.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries.
  • Help maintain and update internal standard operating procedures.
  • Be available via phone, email, and text during business hours.
Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare companies or operations.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage team dynamics professionally.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software.
