Targeted Media Marketing Lead

A key position on the media team is available for a targeted media marketing lead who will be responsible for delivering high-quality media solutions to our clients.

This role involves configuring campaigns, setting up budgets, targets, creatives, and run dates on various digital platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok. Additionally, you will validate budgets against allocated funds and ensure campaigns are properly configured to meet client objectives.

The ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge of digital advertising platforms and technology, as well as experience in marketing roles, specifically with Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with recruitment marketing and talent attraction is also desirable.

As a targeted media marketing lead, you will work closely with internal teams to optimize campaign performance, track spending, and communicate updates to stakeholders. You will also deliver regular reporting to demonstrate the effectiveness of your media efforts.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing, and 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently are essential for this position.

Additional responsibilities include developing ad copy, installing and configuring pixels to track events, and partnering with the client integrations team to ensure proper event configuration.
