The role of Support Analyst is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer support. You will be responsible for resolving customer support tickets and providing timely updates, while also troubleshooting technical issues such as SQL, Linux, and networking problems.

What We Are Looking For- A minimum of 4 years of experience in client support, production environments, and SQL expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Linux OS, network administration, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
- Experience with cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery, or Salesforce admin would be highly valued.
- Familiarity with the utility industry or Smart Grid technology is a plus.
- ITIL/ITSM background is also desirable.
