The Perfect Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Manager who can lead our pharmacy team in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, retail sales productivity, and good pharmacy practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: The successful candidate will drive, monitor, and review sales performance, recommending action plans to deliver sales targets and store profitability.
  • Customer Service: The candidate will ensure consistency in execution of Brand of Service Standards when dealing with customers, complying with regulatory requirements, and acting as pharmacist-in-charge/point of contact for regulatory matters.
  • Inventory Management: The Pharmacy Manager will manage ROS compliance (inventory & till) to work on shrinkage below tolerance level.
  • Cost Efficiency: The candidate will monitor store's controllable expenses and recommend cost efficiency measures to increase productivity & profitability.
  • Health Protocols: The Pharmacy Manager will adhere to health protocols and implement crisis management plans to provide employees and customers with a safe and clean store environment.
  • Liaison Role: The candidate will build a network as a liaison to lessors and local partners in the professional association and pharmacy schools for better communication and coordination needed to support the business and future workforce requirements.
  • Team Engagement: The Pharmacy Manager will sustain team engagement and performance through coaching, counseling, motivating, and disciplining employees.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Pharmacy/Pharmacology, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy, Sales - Retail/General, or equivalent.
  • Candidate MUST BE A LICENSED PHARMACIST.
  • Required skills: Sales management, Sales delivery, customer service delivery, retail process management, resource and cost management, Good Pharmacy Practice.
  • Must be willing to be assigned at WATSONS - City of Manila.
