Graduate of 4-year Business Administration or IT Related Course
Three (3) years related work experience in the same field
Willing to work 4 days onsite and 1 day wfh from 8:30-6:00pm
Can start ASAP

Duties and responsibilities:
Supervise Administration staff and services
Schedule and Supervise Repairs and Maintenance
Canvass Non-Trade Supplies
Monitor Head Office and Branch Facilities
Coordinate Construction/Renovation Matters with Contractor
Supervise Billings and Claims from Fleet Insurance
Allocate GSD Services to Respective Staff
Process Licensing/Permits and Government Requirements
Troubleshoot Day-to-Day Administration
Supervises receptionist admin staff and utility personnel
Reviewing CCTV and harvesting
Attend to Tools and Equipment Request
Investigating the incident
Implement and sees to strict implementation of administrative policies and procedures
Sees to monitoring and renewal of vehicle and property insurance
Ensures that Company Vehicle strictly follow the designated Preventive Maintenance Schedule
