About the Role

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. They will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support, understanding client goals and helping them get the most out of our platform's features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support

  • Manage the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Lead regular performance reviews and feedback sessions

  • Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution
  • Offer recommendations and insights for better platform utilization
Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success (preferably SaaS/tech)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer interactions
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CRM and customer success platforms
