Job Summary:

The
FP&A Analyst
will support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting efforts for
Techlog Center Philippines (TCP)
, with a strong focus on
cost forecasting for parts
within a manufacturing environment. This role serves as a strategic finance partner to operations, engineering, and planning teams to ensure timely execution of forecasts and financial plans that align with the organization's goals. The Analyst will provide meaningful insights through trend analysis, financial modeling, and business partnering to support decision-making across key operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the
    financial planning and forecasting
    processes related to
    parts costs
    , ensuring timely and accurate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analyze actual results against forecast and plan; explain variances and trends with insights to drive business actions.
  • Build strong partnerships with
    Engineering, Operations, and Planning teams
    to understand evolving business needs and their financial impact.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data to develop monthly/quarterly forecasts and annual operating plans.
  • Ensure that forecasts and plans are executed effectively and reflect up-to-date operational insights.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing scenario analysis, cost modeling, and trend reporting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to TCP's operations and support improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in
    manufacturing finance
    , with a focus on
    costing and parts cost forecasting
    .
  • Proven experience in
    financial planning and analysis
    , budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of
    cost structures
    and financial drivers within a manufacturing or operations-heavy environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial planning systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
