Job Overview:

This role is responsible for leading a team in delivering exceptional customer service experience. The Operations Manager will ensure the consistent quality of our client care centre's performance targets are met.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure delivery of service requires a strong execution of our management operating system, which is essential in our highly structured and fast-paced work environment.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure a consistent experience for representatives and members.
  • Manage team performance daily ensuring service and quality objectives are being attained and maintained on a consistent basis.
  • Understand and deliver on all key performance metrics virtually.
  • Responsible for employee recruitment to meet business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
