Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our Global Finance team. This is a 100% remote position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

The successful candidate will lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence. They will work closely with senior finance leaders to shape and support financial strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and create executive dashboards to support business performance reviews.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with a strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling. They will be able to build financial models, develop 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives. Additionally, they will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM is a plus.

They will also be responsible for managing the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals. They will summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations, and apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM (preferred)
