Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Execution & Delivery:
    • Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical prioritisation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
    • Drive a consistent development process across multiple engineering squads.
  • Manage and support a team of software engineers, creating an environment where they can do their best work.
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide timely feedback and coaching.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in engineering management.
  • Strong technical background in modern web development (e.g. Python, Node.js, Golang, React).
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, IaC).
