Financial Services Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Business Analyst to represent our Financial Services organization in exciting client interactions.

The successful candidate will lead customer initiatives for the innovative OpenText Financial Hub Platform and help tailor custom solutions that align with operational standards.

Engage with clients to ensure we meet their technology needs while guiding support and operations teams to achieve our goals.

Additionally, support our sales efforts to secure new deals and drive business growth.

This role is vital throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user experiences and recommend operational workflows
  • Identify necessary data collection methods
  • Review and update requirements and specifications
  • Create business process review documents
  • Define interfaces within subsystems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in financial services, corporate treasury, or technology organizations
  • Experience with trade and post-trade processes for equities, fixed income, ETFs, and fund orders
  • Proficient in FIX and SWIFT ISO20022 standards
  • Knowledge and experience in payment messaging for corporate and banking sectors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing client relationships or leading client-facing implementation projects
