Job Title: Point of Sale Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Point of Sale Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and customer service, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with POS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certificate in Customer Service or related field.
  • Experience working with POS systems, including hardware and software maintenance.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
