Job Title:

E-Commerce Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on Shopify and Amazon, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing.
  • Social Media & Funnel Marketing: Assist in building and optimizing marketing funnels, integrating campaigns with social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Startup Operations Support: Work closely with the founder to set up and streamline business processes for a newly launched coffee brand and distribution arm, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
  • Finance & Bookkeeping Assistance: Maintain accurate sales, expense, and revenue records; reconcile transactions; and support basic bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks.

This is a remote position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the coffee, beverage, or food and beverage industry, and be proficient in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
