Digital Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and wants to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). They will also have experience using platforms like Hubspot, WordPress/Shopify, and a strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.

Key responsibilities include building and executing end-to-end automated email nurture sequences tailored to different customer types, designing, writing, and scheduling regular eDMs, optimising email and campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting, creating on-brand digital assets including graphics, campaign visuals, landing pages, social posts, and print collateral, and managing and scheduling social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and print materials, monitoring and responding to social media community engagement and direct messages, planning and publishing social content aligned with brand strategy, seasonal campaigns, and audience needs, and coordinating with developers or digital partners on website improvements and new feature development.
