Senior Digital Designer


Role Overview

This is a Senior Digital Designer position for a work-from-home (W FH) role. The job involves responsibilities across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design consistent digital marketing assets for various markets, brands, and categories.
  • Deliver assets for organic/paid social, CRM, and display channels, including static and video digital placements.
  • Leverage conceptual thinking to create and execute innovative digital ideas.
  • Develop digital storyboards and animation as needed.
  • Execute adaptations across different digital marketing assets seamlessly.
  • Manage incoming requests and projects from concept to final product against tight deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality digital design work.
  • Protect the global brand identity guidelines and translate them into creative projects.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and encourage idea exploration.
  • Maintain high standards and ensure quality in released work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve digital creativity standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 6+ years experience at a creative agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design.
  • Understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work under tight deadlines.
  • Conceptual thinking and creative instincts.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
