As a Proctor - Seasonal, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve working closely with Trainers to create engaging and interactive learning environments for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Trainer through Classroom Management

Monitor classroom throughout the day and ensure that all new hire classes are on the same page during facilitation and activities. This includes identifying new hires with raised hands for questions, those who are disengaged or confused, and minimizing interruption during class.

  • Monitoring Classrooms: Take attendance at the start of each day, after breaks and lunch, while ensuring the trainer has accurate agent hours. Monitor agent breaks or time away from the class and assist the trainer in verifying new hire class identity through camera.

Additionally, as an effective classroom assistant, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues and boosting engagement levels by encouraging participation, acknowledging correct responses, and providing feedback to trainers on group dynamics.

Off-Class Duties:

As a seasonal proctor not in class, you may be assigned to take phone calls until a new class is scheduled for you. You may also attend training sessions as part of your professional development when not assigned to a class.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with trainers
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as required
