EO Command Center Software Development Lead

This is a high-responsibility role where you'll have the freedom and accountability to build, ship, and evolve software that supports thousands of businesses.

You will lead the full development lifecycle of the EO Command Center software (architecture, design, development, deployment, and iteration), define and implement technical roadmaps, ensure scalability, security, integration capabilities, write clean, maintainable code, set standards for best practices, connect the platform with external tools and APIs, build AI/automation layers to enhance client experience and operational efficiency, work closely with leadership to translate business objectives into technical deliverables, gather feedback from internal users and clients to continuously improve the platform, and help recruit, mentor, and manage additional developers as the product scales.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining technical roadmaps for the EO Command Center software
  • Leading the full development lifecycle of the software
  • Ensuring scalability, security, and integration capabilities
  • Writing clean, maintainable code
  • Setting standards for best practices
  • Connecting the platform with external tools and APIs
  • Building AI/automation layers to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
  • Working closely with leadership to translate business objectives into technical deliverables
  • Gathering feedback from internal users and clients to continuously improve the platform
  • Helping to recruit, mentor, and manage additional developers as the product scales
