Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Appraiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting technical evaluations of properties, gathering and analyzing data, and preparing appraisal reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and verifications to assess property values
- Gather and analyze general and specific data necessary for appraisal reports
- Prepare site inspection, title verification, appraisal, project accomplishments, and compliance reports
- Validate accomplishment/compliance documents submitted by stakeholders
- Evaluate site development and house construction cost estimates to determine technical feasibility

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree relevant to the position
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
