Stock Management and Inventory Specialist

The Stock Management and Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during their shift. They assist the management team in maintaining stock levels, adhering to food safety and inventory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accomplish daily station checklists pertaining to shelf life and product traceability.
  • Verify quality and accuracy of items prior to receiving delivered goods.
  • Monitor availability and holding time of products; record wastages.
  • Conduct mid-month and monthly inventories with the MOD or ARM 1.
  • Count and record ending inventory of items for daily inventory control.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist in bank pick-up and ensure loose change is available.
  • Manage master change fund, drawer change fund, and petty cash fund for the shift.
  • Prepare Petty Cash Fund request for cash and liquidation.
  • Receive and release cash from/to TL in relation to Cashier break.
  • Sort change fund.
