Talent Sourcing Specialists play a pivotal role in driving our clients' hiring success.

We partner closely with clients, embedding into their teams and leveraging advanced technology, data, and automation to deliver recruiting solutions that meet their needs.

The Role: Talent Sourcing Specialist
  • As a subject-matter expert in recruiting tools, systems, and best practices, you will provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date hiring data across systems to guarantee reporting precision and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead the optimization of our ATS Greenhouse, improving workflows, permissions, approvals, and reporting capabilities to enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Drive projects that strengthen recruiting operations, data infrastructure, and analytics to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details to maintain transparency and fairness throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with Finance and People teams to streamline processes and enhance collaboration through smart system use and efficient communication.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition within a fast-growing organization.
  • Proven expertise with Greenhouse ATS at a Site Admin level including user management, approvals, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines, funnels, and conversion metrics to measure and improve performance.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gsuite) and other TA tech tools to stay up-to-date with the latest innovations.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to drive growth and efficiency.
  • A data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
