This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth project execution, cross-functional coordination, and risk management as we work toward a successful go-live.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project execution, coordination, and reporting, with experience in fintech, payments, banking, or technology-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of key initiatives leading to the e-wallet launch.
  • Maintain and update project timelines, deliverables, and status reports.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies across workstreams and escalate issues as needed.

Cross-Functional Team Support:

  • Work closely with teams across Product, Technology, Compliance, Finance, and Business Operations.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring action items are documented and followed up.
  • Track progress on vendor engagements and external partnerships.

Risk & Issue Tracking:

  • Monitor project risks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.
  • Assist in preparing risk reports and escalation summaries for senior leadership.
