Job Overview

This role offers a chance to provide front-line support to customers in need of assistance with their plans, subscriptions, or services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate, empathetic, and efficient assistance tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and client-specific policies.
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service in every interaction.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality scores, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Senior High School graduate or equivalent; college undergraduates are welcome to apply.
  • BPO experience is an advantage but not required — fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules and at-site.
