
Customer Service Advocate

This role offers a chance to provide front-line support to customers in need of assistance with their plans, subscriptions, or services.
Main Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and efficient assistance tailored to each customer's needs.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
- Adhere to industry regulations and client-specific policies.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service in every interaction.
- Meet performance metrics including quality scores, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Senior High School graduate or equivalent; college undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- BPO experience is an advantage but not required — fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and at-site.
