Job Description

This role blends project management with social media growth and marketing execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing social media accounts and calendars, creating and scheduling content, coordinating marketing campaigns, tracking metrics, and making strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts and calendar (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create and schedule content using tools like Canva or similar applications
  • Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Track metrics and analytics, and make strategic recommendations
  • Use AI tools to increase output and streamline processes
  • Keep projects organized in tools like ClickUp or Trello
  • Communicate effectively and provide status updates
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience using AI and productivity tools to increase efficiency
  • Familiarity with online education or influencer brands is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner who can take initiative and solve problems
  • Creative eye for branding and content
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, iterative execution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that sees the big picture and takes ownership
