We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support our team as a Legal Assistant. This role involves drafting and filing legal documents, reviewing evidence, managing billing, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, proofread, and file legal documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with court procedures.
- Analyze and organize case evidence to aid attorneys in case preparation.
- Handle billing processes, perform administrative duties, and prepare/send invoices to clients.
The ideal candidate has highly effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, with near-native proficiency preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service is required, with experience in billing and invoicing being an advantage.
