Financial Planning and Analysis Role

This is a dynamic financial planning and analysis position that plays a critical role in our company's success. The role involves supporting the development of annual and mid-year budgets and forecasts, collaborating with cost center managers to ensure accurate financial projections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting near- and long-term profit and loss forecasting
  • Aiding in financial budget/forecast revisions focusing on cost reduction
  • Preparing and processing monthly budgets to actual review reports for cost center managers
  • Conducting variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures
  • Providing additional support in preparing weekly and 12-month rolling cash forecasts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
  • One to three years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or equivalent
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
  • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software

  • Client-facing experience
  • Knowledgeable of accounting regulations and procedures
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment
