Job Overview

This role is a vital part of the company's strategic growth plan. As a Director of Finance, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and driving business decisions with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a standardized monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain and optimize cash flow strategies to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting across the business to support informed decision-making.
  • Build scalable financial systems and operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Drive profit optimization across departments to uncover cost-saving and margin improvement opportunities.

Main Activities: Accounts receivable and payable management, cash management operations, compliance and audit readiness, payroll and benefits administration, tax compliance, systems and software management, inventory and COGS management, strategic insights and decision support, cross-functional collaboration, and financial dashboard & KPI maintenance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success building scalable finance systems and strategic reporting processes
  • Experience in multi-channel eCommerce or retail preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive decisions through financial insight
