Real Estate Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our real estate operations team as a support specialist. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical and administrative support to real estate agents and clients through various communication channels.

In this position, you will work closely with our team to provide top-notch support, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through platform challenges. You will also assist with testing and researching issues before they become problems.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to multitask across chat, email, and task tools, and have the ability to learn new systems quickly. Additionally, you should be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving Clients: Provide timely and effective support to agents, brokers, and clients via chat, email, and phone using tools like Intercom, Dialpad, and Salesforce.
  • Troubleshooting Issues: Assist users with basic troubleshooting, such as browser compatibility, password resets, and connectivity issues.
  • General Support: Guide users through platform challenges and self-learn tools to stay one step ahead.
  • Escalation Cases: Assist with testing and researching issues before they become problems.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer support or technical experience.
  • Experience in live chat or tech support environments.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to write professional replies.
  • Comfortable multitasking across chat, email, and task tools.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
