Key Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless transition and transformation processes, monitoring project communication, and driving progress. This role will support the development of processes, improvement of programs, and quality initiatives for global transitions and transformations.

Key tasks include leading and supporting multiple transition programs, providing administrative assistance, tracking project milestones, managing risk registers, and facilitating effective communication through reports and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with 3+ years in project or program coordination, ideally within a PMO or transition environment.
  • Proven experience in project management, change management, procurement, or facilities management, with familiarity in frameworks such as PMBOK, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and tools like Smartsheet and Power BI. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and manage cross-functional collaboration.
