Hiring Coordinator

Scope of Responsibility:
The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for:
- Lead generation from various sourcing channels
- Ensuring daily targets are met for callouts & invites
- Interviewing candidates either via phone or face-to-face
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Updating applicant trackers in real-time
- Conducting HR interviews on candidates who will pass sourcing screening, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Managing candidates' expectations on what to expect during the recruiting process and actual job/work scope
- Coordinating with Hiring Managers/Final interviewers on scheduling candidates for interviews or assessments
- Ensuring applicant trackers are updated in real-time on the final status of candidates
- Orienting shortlisted candidates on what to expect in the onboarding process before handing it off to the admin team
- Completion of New Hire Pre-Employment Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 6 months sourcing/recruitment experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
