Davao, Philippines Callbox Inc Full time

Provide support to Recruiting & Sourcing team in generating and managing leads, inviting applicants for processing and updating applicant trackers, assist in completing volume staffing requirements by ensuring shortlisted candidates adhere to all pre-employment requirements and job offer schedules.

Scope of Responsibility:

- Lead generation from our different sourcing channels such as employee referrals, online/digital platforms, and other job boards
- Ensure daily targets are met for callouts & invites.
- Interview candidates either via phone or face-to-face.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Daily updating of all applicants and sourcing trackers.
- Conduct HR interviews on candidates who will pass sourcing screening, ensuring compliance with the company standards in conducting HR interviews.
- Managing our candidates’ expectations on what to expect during the recruiting process and actual job/work scope.
- Coordinating with Hiring Managers/Final interviewers on scheduling the candidates for interviews or assessments.
- Ensure applicant trackers are updated in real-time on the final status of candidates.
- Orient shortlisted candidates on what to expect in the onboarding process before handing it off to the admin team.
- Completion of New Hire Pre-Employment Requirements
- The immediate supervisor gives other tasks.
- Other tasks that are assigned by the supervisor or CEO

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 6 mos sourcing/recruitment experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
